He became known as the Black Bruce Lee of bodybuilding by achieving an impressive 6% body fat as a natural athlete on the rookie circuit, despite battling a life-threatening stomach illness that made it difficult for him to maintain weight. Understanding that he might not be the biggest competitor, he focused on being the most shredded, adopting high-rep, lightweight workouts inspired by Bruce Lee, along with moderate weights and a science-based approach reminiscent of the legendary Frank Zane, known as "the Chemist." Defying doctors' orders stay home and have someone care for him, he pushed through the challenges to honor the memory of his cousin and uncle, who respected the sport. His dedication paid off when he secured second place, earning the nickname the Black Bruce Lee for his remarkable physique, diced to the bone, which even made the kids say, "32, I like number 32."



Clifford, also known as Big C, The Legend Killer, is dedicated to helping each individual achieve the best endurance and conditioning as they strive to feel like the best version of themselves. His mission is to empower individuals, both young and elderly, to enhance their health and well-being through workout routines designed to boost stamina and overall fitness using light to moderate weights, with minimal risk of injury.
